Would the Nexus Chips be among the best way to cash in LP's for isk? I seem to recall some NPC's buy them for 1000 isk per LP ... can someone confirm this?
Also, are there any Amarr Corps which offer the Nexus Chips as rewards? Would it be offered by any Amarr non-combat corp? Right now I grind Amarr Navy Lvl 4's and have about 250,000 LP's ... but i'd be willing to switch corps for 1000 isk per LP. Thanks.

Open your market, search for nexus, check for 365 day buy orders.

L4 QL 16 Agent from Zoar and Sons, security missions, System: Thashkarai (0.6) - Region: Tash-Murkon
This looks like a pretty good agent to grind LP's 
To find out which NPC corp buys the Amarr Nexus Chips, do you have to travel to different regions and do the 365 day buy order search? For example in Kador there are no NPC corps that buy Amarr chips. But Kaalaiota Corp in Kador buys Caldari Nexus Chips - 8 mill isk for the AZ-1 Caldari chip. So maybe Caldari NPC corps buy Amarr Nexus Chips?

It's not the best way, it's just the most reliable and sets the benchmark that LP should ALWAYS be worth 1000 isk per point (actually 990 isk after 1% sales tax), and no one should try to cut into that when selling implants and other LP-centric items.
The more people cut into the "LP Zone" when selling crap from LP stores, the less and less LP will eventually become worth.

Nah, the corp that happens to buy Amarr chips just happens to be relatively small and therefore decided to hide out in Tash-Murkon out of shame. Viziam is the corp you're looking for

the corps that offer nexus chips usually only have industrial agents that give lots of courier missions so you can't generate LP with them at the same rate you would do it with combat agents.
so nexus chips are not the best way to make money on missions... probably it would be faster to do combat agents and sell LP offers.
