Since im having a hard time finding people offering their services to allow corps to anchor hi-sec POS's, i've decided to compile a list of people who are doing so. 
Please reply to the post with stating the following info and hopefuly we can compile a list that may help myself and others.
 Where? (Gallente/Caldari/Minmatar/Amarr)
Sec? (Highest system security you can offer)
Price? (How much you charge ofcourse :D )
Extras? (Jump Clones etc that some people offer)

I think a lot of people don't take into account that what you're buying/selling with these services is a free pass to skip months and months of mission grind. Personally I think that the going rates are too cheap for what you get out of it.
Also you forgot Khanid and Ammatar space in your list of 'where'. They are anchorable and have charters for their space.
As for me, I do Amarr to 7, Caldari to 7, Ammatar to 7 and presently am just past being able to provide Khanid to 6, with Khanid to 7 on the way, after a lot of mission grind.
And of course I am able to provide jumpclone (+8) standing to 5 different corps. Carthum, Kaalakiota, Emperor Family, Court Chamberlain and Royal Khanid Navy.
It may be hard to find the serious posts in Sell Orders from time to time, but that's just because they don't usually get bumped when there is a long wait list. I've found that if somebody has to wait a month or more they tend to jump ship on you. So there's no point advertising when wait times are too long.

I do Caldari standings up to .7 and clones too.
And I have taken on a partner to speed up the process. (he can't do clones yet)
Partner can do: Ammatar Mandate to 6.00 & Khanid Kingdom to 6.00
Costs:
To bring Corp to a standings of .5 to .59: 150m isk. (Allows you to anchor in .5 systems)
To bring Corp to a standings of .6 to .69: 200m isk. (Allows you to anchor in .6 systems)
To bring Corp to a standings of .7 to .79: 250m isk. (Allows you to anchor in .7 systems)

I Have Gallente 9.9 and Minmater 8.3 standings. can also raise Fed Navy to 8 for Jump clone creation.
Been active for a year now, many satisfied customers (check my employment history)
Reasonable rates and fast service ( 2 days to 5+, 3 to 6+ and 4 to 7+)
Corp needs to have no members with standings plus or minus to the faction or for clones, Fed Navy. Standings will persist without decline indefinitely as long as this requirement is met.

I provide this service in Gallente and Minmatar space. My standing lets me place anywhere within those factions. Check out my character sheet ingame.
My price is 200 million isk for the basic job. Repeat customers/corperations recieve the reduced price of 180 million isk for the base job.
Turnaround is less than a week.

in the DT of the severs the average of all members gets conunted and the Corp towards faction standing adjusted. This can take up to at least a week depening on the diffierence of the current standing towards the average standing.
Any member with anchoring 3 and the roles granted from the corp can anchor a POS as long as the Corp has sufficent enough standing towards the State / nation.

I am curious
if a person with negative standing to caldari state were to join one of these corps for the purpose of planting a POS in caldari space would they adversely affect the standings of the corp they joined?

I know one other doing Gall/Min, she has very high standings but is a bit shy I guess 
name is "Newbear" Scatty as a fruitcake but entirely trustworthy

I am in need of an Amarr faction service capable of placing a POS in .6 space. Unfortunately, Fitz is the only person I've found and is on LOA from the game.
If you know someone capable of doing this, please either reply here or eve-mail me in game. I'll gladly pay 25mil to the referrer when the job is completed.
