Yanks are looking for a few good pvp pilots.
For those with short attention spans:
-10 mill skill points minimum
-Eastern, Central, Mountain or Pacific time zones
-Pvp(mostly small roaming gangs)
-Thick skin
More in depth info for those interested or bored:
Yanks are a rag-tag group of pvpers. We are not a large size corp, not even a mid size corp. We are ,however, very experienced at killing. We generally roam in small gangs and fight against the odds. Even if we don't beat the blob, the blob knows we were there.
It is not an easy thing to be a yank. As Bolom is fond of saying, "It takes a special kind of a** to be a yank". If you join this corp you can expect to be among an elite crowd that has flown together about 2 years. You can expect to take a ribbing if you do something silly, and sometimes just because someone feels like it. So thick skin would be helpful. Most topics on vent are of a mature nature. I am older than dirt and still have heard things I never dreamed of.
We are not a corp for the faint of heart. We don't mine sometimes....we never mine. We pvp. <<that is a stop, a period. If you join we expect you to be on vent and join in on ops. The only exception is to make isk when needed. Other than that,there are no rules. Team players are what we are looking for. We have fun and are looking for those of the same mindset.
If you want to know more join channel "yanks" in game and talk to one of the guys. Be happy to shoot the breeze on vent if you want.

So I am in a drive-thru at a hamburger joint. They have a 1/3 pound cheeseburger as a value meal. So I order a 1/3 pound hamburger. She replies, we don't sell hamburgers, we only sell cheeseburgers. I said you are joking right? She says no and she repeats the same. I said, let's start over....I want a 1/3 pound cheeseburger, hold the cheese. I am thinking, maybe the poor girl is confused cause there is no button on the register for a hamburger. I get my order and drive off....Guess what I got.
