When it comes to recruitment at Eve Defence Force, our vision is simple; we want to be the most talent-rich corporation in Eve. No where is that more true than our Legions. Whilst Eve Defence Force is a Miliatary-Industrial Conglomerate, our Legions is about being a professional, disciplined fighting force with unprecedented structure.
Backed by a solid Industrial backbone, we run a Corporate Capital Ship programme where skills are provided by the corporation and pilots are issued with Corporate-owned Dreadnaughts for each Operation requiring a capital deployment.* Not that it's all about Fleet Combat. With varied operations ranging from large scale Frigate strikes involving Interceptors, Assualt Frigates and Stealth bombers both on their own or with Carrier/Mothership deployments, to solo reconnaissance operations, to roaming gangs of Recon Cruisers, HACs and Command Ships to full on fleet combat, one thing you're assured is to be kept fresh with a variety of combat operations.
So to summarise, here's what we're offering:

- Eve Defence Force only holds three corporations in Eve as blue outside of our Alliance.
- Praesidium Libertatis only holds one other Alliance blue.
- Great Sources of income -
- 0.0 based Level 4 Agents.
- Command Spawns.
- High-end Ore.
- Veteren Pilots to fly with.
- Expereinced Leadership.
- Organised Structure.
- A strong Industrial backbone supporting you.
What we want:
- PvPers with six months of PvP expereince.
- A long term commitment.
- Teamplayers.
- People of ambition.
- Capital ready Pilots (Both Carriers and Dreads).
- References and/or Killboard links.
What we don't want:
- PvP trainees.
- Part-time PvPers.
- Members unnable to commitment to 21 hours a week.
I've said it before and I'll say it again - Eve Defence Force maybe a Military-Industrial Conglomerate but don't bother applying to our Legions unless you're deadly serious about PvP.

I've said it once and I'll say it again EDF are a awesome PvP force in EvE today, joining them will enlighten you to the ways of the warrior.

I spent a year in EDF in the Legions, great times (esp. with drunk TZeer-led ops). Solid corp to hit up for some good pvp experience.

Despite only reently joining PRAES, and having all the associated troubles with moving EDF is a consistantly driven and active corperation, more then willing to take on their share in any opperation. This is becoming reflected in our killboard statistcs and I look forward to the trend continuing. If you're serious about PvP, so are these players; get in touch

I have friends in EDF it was my home for over 2 years and if you join EDF you will learn from it and come out a better person the CEO i now consider a personal friend.

I spent over a year and a half in EDF and can safely say that if you want a solid, friendly, well managed corp with direction and purpose, who take pride in their PvP ability this is the place for you. Some of the best people I've met in EvE are either still in EDF or EX-EDF.

As many former pilots will tell you, EDF will give you lasting memories and stories that you just can't find in other corps. Some of the best friends you make are under hardship situations and John McCreedy offers that in spades.
Its no accident that so many of EDF's former members now reside in BoB and MC. They say you learn best from failure and not from easy success and Johns fleet commanding is guaranteed to give you the most experience in the shortest period of time.
In the past, EDF was the premier training corp of the alliances forces, and I can only assume that it will continue to train future pilots for life in EvE's major corporations.

Whilst I appreciate the endorsement and bump, Eve Defence Force has never and will never be a training corporation. One might also point out that some of those pilots now residing in BoB and MC where thieves who stole in excess of 30 bn ISK in BPos.
We are, always have been and always will be deadly serious about our PvP which is why we've regulary clocked up more kills than most corporations in Eve and have never been less than third in any Alliance's killboard we've belonged to.
Right now we're on carebearing duty in preperation for a new campaign in the North. Any member who joins will be expected to be very agressive and prepared to fight outnumbered and not moan or smack if they loose a ship. When we go back to the fight, I'll post some stats.
In short, don't apply unless you've a minimum of six months PvP expereince under your belt and can provide a link to your killboard/s to back that up.

I've known a number of Pilots in the EDF when they were going through the EDF Academy, and, when the chance to join up with them was presented to me, I jumped. They have a good support network in place, and you always know that someone will be online.
Plus it also helps that they are a really friendly bunch of pilots.

I've fought with and against these guys... that being said, don't underestimate them or you'll have your butt handed to you on a silver platter surrounded by the corpses of your corp-members.

In the last seven days of our current campaign, we've been involved in 111 kills and have suffered only 7 losses. Out of that we've killed:

Damage caused so far is 3858.372 m ISK
Damaged recieved so far is 76 m ISK
