The reason i ask is that all i have heard about them is they shoot/destroy everyboby and anyboby, and when asked if they are mercs alot of people said no.
Its just they seem to be up north now Docked in Bkg in branch with blue standings to FATAL,M.Pire etc and fighting RZR,MM etc..
If they are Mercs, have they made an offical post about it somewhere?

AFAIK,
0utbreak are not mercs for hire,
they are a PvP corp that goes kills things,
they are not BoB affiliated, (or wernt last i knew of)
they go where they want,
and they have alot of the best PvPers in eve amongst their ranks.

As one of the leader of the alliance's now pitted against Outbreak I can safley say that they have my utmost respect as being one of the only corps in game not affected by political Bilshist and that just play the game for PvP.

They're sigs are great. If you can organize a corp-wide spam (a funny spam at that) then with a sig collection as fine as these, so be it.

I've seen their public forums, and as long as the fights there, they'll go for free I reckon. It's just my personal view on their psychological state.
Indeed if a ceo or alliance head wants to measure their groups ability just convo TOXIN and arrange something, I bet they'd arrive, maybe for free, perhaps for a cost of a pint - who knows.
As for 30 people playing eve and the rest are alt characters, I think it could very well be 200 and the rest alt characters.
CCP - reduce the alt character slots to 1!! Second and third characters on the same account is pretty redundant anyway. If you can manage more than one account, you've got too much time on your hands and you're really not getting what MMO's are all about - Team work, communication, organization and across time zones and language barriers. Of course if it truly was 1 person = 1 account there would be a lot more arguements, empire wars, flame wars and a whole lot of distrust in New Eden.
On topic - Outbreaks sigs are great.

The Truth
Marko forgot to move his hulk south at the end of Outbreaks last northern campaign. After being seperated from " Our Industry Division" being low on minerals and Marko having veld withdrawls we were ordered back north. Outbreak command has been quiet but rumor has it Marko is on " Alone " time with his hulk although he hasnt undocked it the word yet. We hear echos from his docking bay of " Oh baby Oh baby " and " You like to chew dont you".
Im afraid I could be whipped with a wet noodle for leaking this info but it had to be done.

You could try a campaign against a BoB friendly, just to prove CAOD. If you're really only in it for the pew pew, I'm sure no-one will complain if you shoot at FIX for a few weeks or something
