I don't play that much anymore. And today I had a lag-related death, which reminded me.
CCP is concerned about lag (need for speed).
CCP also has a lot of pride about setting records for most users logged in simultaneously. Isn't that just special?
It's kind of like Paris Hilton being an advocate for chastity among young women.
And petitions are a waste of time (literally and figuratively).

I'm getting the feeling that you are annoyed.. yes.. it is a strong feeling of.. oh.. possibly pent up aggression mixed with, mm ,, a little sadness.. yes
Might I recommend a nice cup of chamomile tea, and a warm bath.
The tea will calm you down and the bath will get rid of the smell

You assume he can make hot water in his basement that his parents let him use as a bedroom because he smelled and was embarrassing to have around when guests were present. Really what you need to do is tell him to get some fresh air once in a while like open a window if he has one and maybe even go outside and get some sun. Perhaps if he had a walk through a green park and looked at real 3d girls, he perhaps would get rid of his pent up aggression.
I honestly believe that EVE should give you a popup window once every couple of hours and suggest you take a breather and stretch a little, other games do it, its a responsible way of saying "Ey lazy worthless bum, you have been playing eve all day, get outside once in a while and walk a little." I think that's fair.
Oh and did Leodeus get pawned by someone and decided it was lag because theres no way he could have had his ass handed to him in a container! Too uber. :)
BTW: Another way to get rid of aggression and stress is to abuse people on forums, try it sometime. It realy works. Lol!!!

Trying to look cool on a computer game forum by bashing someone you obviously don't know isn't actually cool at all unless you're in the 7th grade.
Yes I'm annoyed at this game and little ankle-biting losers who don't know jack - but think spewing off makes them less of a loser.
Your portrayal of me couldn't be farther off, either. When you get married (to a real girl), have a home of your own (not your mother's basement) and make $80,000 a year - then maybe you can buy yourself a clue - because you don't have one.
But who cares if you're a loser in real life - you've got a few buddies in a virtual world to remind you of how virtually cool you are.
I'm sure the moderators of this forum discourage personal attacks from losers who project their shortcomings on others to hide their insecurities.
So you go try to think of a cool response in the middle of some stargate circle-jerk while I go work to support people like you who probably live on welfare long enough to learn how to fake some injury to draw a lifetime of social security disability to fund your gaming addiction where you can be someone important - even if it's only in a virtual world.

Keep the flames down people, i guess you where unlucky if you had lag, i never experience lag,unless there are 100+ people fighting at the same time, good luck doing that in some other online game
It's great being Amarr isn't it.

Back to topic:
Yes i think there is a problem with empire deadspace rooms. Ive lived in 0.0 for years, ratting, fighting and, since rev II, done scanning. Now I went to emp and gonna do some missions for standing. And about 70% of the deadspace rooms my, already low, fps drops hugely and i get a 3-4s lock every 20s or so, really annoying. Doesent happen in scanned deadspace in 0.0.

All I was wanting to say was that it's great that CCP recognizes the 'need for speed', but it doesn't seem to be working.
As someone who has very limited time for gaming, I just want my playing time to be efficient and not lose a 200 million isk ship to lag - which takes a LONG time for me to recoup. And petitions DO take a long time - even when the result is successful reimbursement.
Jita is rediculous even after they removed a lot of things from that system. It is my understanding that deadspace areas are not instanced - if that's true, should they be?
Anyhow, I do think it's cool in a sense that we all play on the same server unlike many other MMO's - but at what cost do we achieve such milestones of single-node gameplay?
I don't have the answer, just wanted to see if anyone CCP or otherwise had any input. Intelligent input, rather.
