Im looking for a possible trade for a specialised minmatar or gallante HAC/Command ship Pilot, tech 2 large guns would be a bonus
Might accept lower SP if the character is sufficiently specialised, Id also be willing to add isk for a character with more SP

HACs (41% trained to level 5)

Can use level 4 agents with caldari navy, they have level 5 agents but he doesnt have the standings to use them yet.
Character has full set of +3 implants (apart from charisma)
Attribs are as follows (with implants as above)
Intelligence - 27
Perception - 19
Charisma - 13
Willpower - 18
Memory - 20
Character has no kill rights for or against
Character has no jump clones
Security status is -1.1 (can enter all systems)
Character would come with NO assets and 1 million isk

i will offer you my toon daspope i will link the skill in a few minutes he is a miner/hauler he flies hulks and has skills for charon(purchased not just ready)and can use all high/low sec t2 mining crystals
or my charactor torgaden a caldari drake specialist focusing on shields and missiles
