Pillowsoft Secure Return Shares
Hi, I am an alt of Nyphur (I will reply with Nyphur to confirm).
This is the sale thread for the new Pillowsoft Secure Return Shares investment scheme. Please keep this thread ONLY for purchases. For more info on the IPO or discussion on it, full details are availible in this thread in the market discussion forum. I (nyphur) am also availible in-game pretty much every day to answer any questions you might have.
Summary:
Shares created: 80,000*
Cost per share: 1 million isk
Isk generated: 80 billion*
Already reserved: 45.5 billion
Reserved shares must be paid for by July 3rd or they will be released to the public.
Monthly ROI: Minimum 7% (70,000 isk per share)
Starts paying: 10th September 2007
Buyback options: None.
Resale options: EGSE.
* A maximum of four stages will be launched depending on number of shares sold, at 20b per stage.
How to buy:
Post the number of shares you would like to buy as a reply to this thread, then wire 1m/share to "PSRS Manager" (this character). In 24 hours, the share creation vote goes through and shares start being sent out. I'll do my best to send out shares as fast as possible and there is no upper or lower limit on the number you can buy.
Anyone who accidentally sends isk after the 80,000 shares are sold will be given a full refund. If you miss this opportunity, you can always try to buy shares from other players or wait until they get listed on EGSE and put up a buy order.
People who have reserved shares (so far 45b of shares have been pre-reserved) are not required to actually purchase the shares they reserved. They are non-commitment reservations and can be cancelled if you so wish. Reserved shares must be paid by 3rd June. Players reading this thread who wish to reserve shares now and pay by 3rd June may do so but any reservations not completed by June 3rd will be made void. At that point, reserved shares that have not been collected will be opened to the public for sale.

If people could keep a rough running total of shares sold every now and then, I'd appreciate it. With 45.5b reserved, there's 34.5b immediately availible to the public. Try not to go over that limit. I'll make an update on July 3rd to let you know how many reserved shares are unpurchased and publicly availible but before July 3rd, please don't exceed the 34.5b total as I may have to issue refunds to a few disappointed investors if you do.
Current total sold/reserved in this thread: 4,067 out of 34,500

The vote finished and all shares that have been paid for have been sent out.
Plenty of shares remaining, please buy as many as you can afford to and if you can't afford many, telling a friend about the IPO is something you can do for free and I'd greatly appreciate it. I should mention that I may close the sales at 10th or a few days after so I can get started. If all shares aren't sold, I'll round down to the nearest 20b and refund everyone who invested beyond that point. This business only works in 20b chunks.
