Congratulations to Zahalia, who closed stage 2 in perfect time.
People can keep sending isk but it will go toward stage 3. I am still waiting on getting large sums from other investors to secure stage 3. 16b is coming from one investor and 1b from another, so there is feasibly only 2.65b left in stage 3. If the 16b investor pulls out or doesn't pay within the next few days, I will be forced to close up stage 3 and refund all stage 3 investors.
Keep investing and don't worry, you won't lose your isk if I decide to go with only two stages. All this means is that investments made after Zahalia are not guaranteed to be kept and may have to be returned to investors.

Oh, you're not late! You can still invest. If my 16b investor pulls out, I will refund any stage 3 investments, otherwise it's full steam ahead. I will hopefully get an answer from him within a few days as I'll be slightly behind schedule by tomorrow evening and can't keep investment open forever.

I have not had word back from my 16b investor on time. If I got word now, I'd be two days behind schedule on stage 3 and I would not like that as my schedule is pretty well planned so that I don't get into too much debt before copies start popping out of the labs. I have therefore decided to close with 2 stages complete. We have purchased a Nyx BPO and an Aeon BPO. These are already in the corp hangers of alt corps, being researched to ME 1 safely in high sec.
People who invested in stage 3 will be refunded within the next 24-48h. I regret not being able to take your investments on board but those are the breaks, I'm afraid. If you have any problems, please evemail me and I'll sort them out ASAP. Thank you to everyone for investing.
