Ok, with all that said, here's what I see: The folks who left Turby seem to be more combat capable than those still in Turby. Why is Turby's leadership angry that their members got a lesson in PvP? I read something about "new" Turby recruits. I don't know if that is truth or propoganda, but every time I lose a fight, I think about exactly what happened, what I could have done better, if a fix is capable with my current ship, or setup, or tactics, and I work to improve it. In Turby's case, a couple of its members just got shown the rough edge of the sword, given the proberbial floor mopping, etc; and instead of tactically analyzing why they lost, they whined about it to the leadership and someone else from Turby gets kicked? Kind of brings up other questions.. Why did so many people from Turby leave in the first place? Why wasn't its leadership working to achieve harmony in the ranks? And if we stretch this to the end, here's a question: Even if Jacko was pirating your own members...what's wrong with that? You're pirates and griefers. What do you expect? Folks who play to gank underfit, underskilled, overmatched players so they can laugh and wave about their epeen and killboard majesty are going to somehow have a "personal moral code" that applies to their little communal gathering? Look about you and learn from your compatriots. Ginger Magician...Miz Cenuij...that's a good start. If your corp is TRYING to recruit player killers and pew-pew artists, don't whine when you get what you asked for. Sorry - I'm not a ranter, but the Turby I seem to remember seems to have degenerated into some baby whiners. Then again...the tiller I remember has been replaced by a 12 year old with an overlarge need for attention. And Ginger is permabanned. And moo is gone. And Infestation seems to think they own Tama now...but strategically lose loss kill-mails. =p I have no idea what's happened to the pirate community. Seems rather less yarrish anymore. :(

What is degenerate about this situation is that a handful of people are trying to make it seem common place for a corp member to run around with people that kill his own corp mates. The main issue in this whole thing is between the current CEO and one Director of turbulent, and two members (Crash003 and Lilith Thynin) of Sybrite Inc. The two Sybrite members were the first two to leave Turbulent and form their own corp but were still friendly and flying alongside Turby at that time. The whole situation escalated from that point. The two Turby members killed logged off shortly after being killed and weren't on when Jacko was kicked. The decision to kick Jacko was made from killboard evidence alone. I had taken some time away from Turby (at that time based in lonetrek) to join Sybrite in causing trouble in Aridia/Khanid alongside The League of Legitimate Nigerian Businessmen. This was because I was bored of Turby inactivity, and the fact that camping to get a corp Nyx was getting pretty tiresome. I was given an ultamatum: break off all contact with Sybrite or leave Turby. Objecting to being dictated to who I could and couldn't fly with I left Turby. Bear in mind Turby hadn't yet declared Sybrite hostile at that time. Shortly after that, Jacko joined Sybrite, but then decided to give Turby another try and try and rebuild that Turby had lost. At around the time time Turby set Sybrite to -10 and said they would be hunted down should they ever return to Placid After spending time in Arida/Khanid Sybrite decide to return to Placid, knowing that Turbulent (who napped with The Movement to make up for their number shortfalls) would be actively hunting us. I spot two of the newer Turby members camping a gate, so with my trusty tackle slave, Shigsy, I engage and kill them. Later that day is when me and Jacko team up to probe missioners as there was only Jacko on out of the whole of Turby. A Turby director notices killmails with both me and Jacko on and removes Jacko's roles. And that's pretty much where we are today. Folks who play to gank underfit, underskilled, overmatched players so they can laugh and wave about their epeen and killboard majesty are going to somehow have a "personal moral code" that applies to their little communal gathering? Looks like there were some references to a joke by lilith about "tribs" trying to get a mothership so he could join Snowy and accusations by a turby member that this was not a joke but a malicious rumor that Jacko had believed as if he was a 10 years old (there is more to this, but I am not going to paraphrase the whole convo!).
