Great tool though, some nice features in it.
You can just edit the config file. You dont have to delete the file.

Projected effects are things like neuts/nos, energy transfer arrays, remote reps, shield transporters, projected ECCM and so on.
You can see the effect they have on your fit by opening another ship with the relevant modules, or if they're fitted on your own ship and drag the module you want to see the effect of into the projected effects window. It then applies that effect to your ship.
Easy example: take a guardian, all skills 5 pilot, fit a Energy Transfer array and then drag it into the projected effects box. Now you see the extra cap gained per second if the ship were affected by that module. (useful for setting up cap-stable twin logi setups)
Ah.. Thanks. Thats pretty handy. EFT doesnt support combat boosters does it?
