Hello after seeing that today's patch was implemented I went ahead and downloaded the patch. I got an NSIS error telling me my eve is corrupt (all of a sudden, was doing fine pre-patch)
Not letting me spoil this fun I went ahead and uninstalled Eve and downloaded it from the official website. Installed it at another location (totally diffrent Harddrive I might add) and it still says the same. When it is verifying the patch I get the message shown in the link.

I have Windows XP with all latest updates, AMD athlon 64 bit, enough RAM etc etc. A normal machine where eve could run without ay problems prepatch :D
I cleared cookies, temp files almost everything.
I refuse however to completely reinstall my computer.
Anyone got any idea how to tackle this problem?

My guess would be no one knows/cares :D
i redownloaded the full client 3 times now. No firewall, no antivirus, almost everything is disabled. It must be something i am missing or the problem houses on the distribution side.
No clue, cant play little annoyed....

Well, Eve will install without any problems by using this download link
http://ccp.vo.llnwd.net/o2/EVE_Setup.exe
Somehow the "official" onsite download does NOT work on MY computer. If there are any other people having similar problems that I have had, try downloading that full client in the link i pasted here.
What exactly caused this? I have no clue to be real honest. :D

well i know, but somehow diffrent from the one being provided when i want to download full client from the website.
It may not work for everybody, but for me, in this particular case on my computer it did.

I was having the same issue, NSIS error and corrupt file. Downloading from the above link worked for me as well.
