Im just wondering if anyone can help me because it appears ccp dont have a solution for this, here is a petition that i wanted resolving but kinda didnt go the way i wanted it i guess.
I have posted this forum with an alt because i dont want anymore of you " supposedly " randomly messaging me =)
Basicly i keep getting random noobs convo'ing me as soon as i take my CSPA charge off. it all started about 2 months ago.. im a pirate pirating away when suddenly i kept getting random convos while pvping so i was like right ok.. so i started to accept them.. id be in private chat with them.. theyd all say nothing and leave convo.. no matter what i did.. if i sat there or said anything they'd leave convo after afew mins. so i petitioned it gm basicly said put on a cspa charge.. so i did... now about 2 months down the line.. i thought bah ill take it off now.. because my friends are moaning about gangs and private chats.. so i add'd most to allowed list which is alot and was very annoying, but today i thought id randomly remove this cspa charge because noobs i kill shout in local " omg he wants us to pay 1mil to convo him what an idiot " etc so i thought bah ill take it off.. it must have been about 2 seconds after i pressed ok i had 2 random noobs (always different noobs everytime) convo me.. so i thought this cant be happening.. accepted them.. checked who they were and they were just random noobs again.. suprise.. so i opened another petition and this is how it went... ( see post below )

maybe a month or two ago i petitioned about people convo'ing me and leavign convo constantly.. and it annoyed me while i pvp'ed.. so one of your GM's told me to put a CSPA charge on.. which i did to 1million.. it all stopped.. had only one or two people do it... well its been somewhat 2 months i took it off.. and instantly i got 2 pepople messaging me again... this is a serious issue i would like you to look into.. i am sick of my friends and random people what an ass i am for having 1m cspa charge for when people convo me.. when i blow someone up people like to convo me and talk about it etc.. i dont put friends in my addressbook because i dont want to see them signing on .. only enemys... but for 2 people to instantly message me as soon as ive took the cspa charge off ? this must be some sort of joke right ? i want this looking into and to be taken seriously this time... this is herassment and i wont stand for it. Thank you

Hi,
You have several solutions.
First solution is to use "autoreject" when you do'nt want to be bothered by anyone.
The other solution is simply to block people who are opening conversations with you if you don't want to talk to them.
If you think someone keeps opening conversations against your will, you can also petition harassment.
Finally, you can set cspa charges of 1 million isk and put your friends in the "allowed" list. People in this list won't have to pay any cspa fee to contact you.

your not understanding what im saying, i want people to convo me.. but these people convo me.. and just leave convo... 9 out of 10 of them are less then a day old.. i want people who ive just blown up to convo me... my corporation is recruiting.. me being a director people need to convo me.. i dont know who is and isnt going to convo me ? and its always a different randoom less then one day old character who is convoing me.. do you understand ? i need people to be able to convo me.. i like talking to new people.. but you dont think its suspicious that as soon as i took the cspa charge off 2 people instantly convo'd me and left conversation ? thats not a tiny bit dodgy to you ?

Could you give me the names of the people who keep convo'ing you then leaving the conversation?

well right now i can only remember one " Taklafa " but ive put the cspa charge back on... i can take it back off and give you the new names i get from these convo's ?

We would check if someone in particular is harassing you.
Please note that some players may simply convo you by mistake. It happens everyday.

haha, oh please.. your kidding ? yes i know SOME people do it by mistake.. but like i said 9 out of 10 are less then a day old ? why me ? why not anyone else ? and its not 1 or 2 i get .. before i put this cspa charge on i was getting 20-30 a day ? thats not mistakes mate.. its deliberate.. i taking cspa charge off and ill be sure to give you some names shortly when these convo's come through

Please update this petition with a list of the names of the people harassing you when you have it (not one by one if possible) we will look into it.

Are all these players in the same NPC corp? If so you might be the target of an organised convo spam campaign 
Nubs fighting back the only way they can maybe?
