'Scout ship' isn't resulting in any memories stirring from my compendious sci-fi knowledge.
Can we have another clue please?
And speaking of compendious knowledge:
IG-88 - right scene, wrong film. It was Star Wars V: The Empire Strikes Back.
And as far as I recall, the only bounty hunter mentioned by name was Boba Fett, to know the names of the others you would have to have done at least one of the following:
a) bought the action figures;
b) read the novelisation;
c) read the expanded universe novels featuring bounty hunters, eg The Bounty Hunter Wars & the Tales... series.
And finally:

But The Galactica? It's a non-sentient spaceship, I don't think it can be called a character.

A vegetable mascot certainly sounds like the boyz from the Dwarf, but I don't remember anything like that.
I do, however, have a fairly good idea now...

And yes, I was one of those people who sample the backwards bits and reversed them to find out what they were really saying.
