Yesterday, July 4th - 2007, RISE celebrated the first anniversary of our founding. In the past year we have learned much. RISE began as the result of a merger of like minded pilots from two former groups. Our tenure in Eve has seen us dwelling within four seperate regions and expanding our forces to our current formidable capacity. In our time we have watched many old friends and enemies pass away into the night, but we have also encountered new faces - both friends and foes alike. We have faced challenges in our 365 days - but we have learned and grown much stronger. We have gained the knowledge and resources that will carry us bravely through the next year.
RISE would like to thank all of our many allies and foes. We would not be who we are today without your aid, your support, your assaults and your challenges. I don't believe anyone could have predicted a year ago where we would be at this moment, but RISE is proud of where it has been and anxious to see where the future will take us.

RISE is a 0.0 alliance of approximately 1000 members based deep in Feythabolis. Over the past several months RISE has actively opposed the forces of RA, Goon, U-L, KOS, Ka-Tet and others. The past year has been filled with some incredible times, never did I think we would have gotten as far as we are, but time and time again the tenaciousness and efforts of my fellow alliance mates never cease to amaze me.

We actually merged the remainder of VC into RISE right before the move. a Lot of losing alliances lived in Aridia back in those days. To many people look back to those days instead of forward.
Well the first 3/4 of that year was a wild and crazy time. Shows you a force of will even with the inner turmoil and chicken **** carebears we had to work out of the ranks.
Good job guys and continued good luck even though I'm sure a few of you hate me to this day. I'm just glad the right people stood up and lead the alliance. A few others prob would have got you all murdered in a month.
