Anita Bomba and myself, from ICE Corporation are glad to release the new version of the graphical skilltree compliant with version Castor of EVE :

One comment, I see Scrapmetal recycling skill is listed as here as available, but I don't think it is. I can't find it on the market for sale, just listed but none for sale.
