5x Heavy Electron II = 238 DPS (277 with Void M)
5x Light Neutron II = 163 DPS (190 with Void S)
Big enough difference for me atleast to use Electron II over Light Neutron II any day.

Some griefer in an Incursus fitted with T2 stuff was griefing our mining peeps earlier today. He stole cargo, flashed red, so I engaged. I have no MWD yet, so it took quite a while for me to get to optimal.. I guess he was using blasters too because he orbited me at my optimal lol.. webbed, scrammed, opened fire. For sure I killed him, but he took out ALL my shields, dented the armor, nothing the repper can't fix..
I think something's wrong with my setup. 
btw, if I fit t1 med blasters, I get less dps AND less tank than if I fit t2 smalls.. training up to t2 meds when mwd is done..

3 mag stabs-DC-SAR
Drones: ec-600 Vespa's
Rigs. Hybrid collision ones 
place T2 where you can, it does a nice amout of dmg

1x 10mn Mwd
1x webber
1x scram
Med T2 repper
3x Active hardeners thermal, explosive and kin
1x 800mm plate
5 med drones
Is a good cheap throw away ship.
The 1600mm plated rax with small neutron blasters is or was a very good ship, but was a while ago since I flew one.

I did another fit in Eve Fitting tool...
I can get to 222dps, but no tank whatsoever. Effective HP is around 9k.. With tank it's around 20-25k..
Is the 40dps gain worth more than half the hp gone?

When do people learn there is absolutely NO point in fitting Damage Rigs/Rof Rigs with 3 Damage mods in your low slots already...
You get maybe 10 extra DPS from those 2 rigs? You sure its worth it?
I would rather put Trimarks there myself.
