They love pew pew and they always have loads and loads of CNRs that they are not afraid to lose.
And they suck at using them, considering I tanked 3 in my drake.
Just a general question.
(They drop gist loot!!)

Empire farmers are in newbie corps and can't be wardecced.
0.0 farmers have to be in real corps because of standings and don't need to be wardecced.

Careless and/or greedy ceo's why dont you stop letting them into your corps? They dont have whole 'macro ratter corps'. They sneak into anything they can get good standings with the majority of the area they want to macro farm. Although amusing to kill and listen to their banter in local use some common sense before you accept poorly worded apps without so much as an interview.

most corps in 0.0 will forsake checks for ISK. Either that or for ISK will allow them to be a buffer against incoming hostiles. This is smart tho the actual farming is against the EULA. Dunno CCP dont seem to pay much attention and therefore it continues

Heh, saw this somewhere. In response to the post above, who is correct. They make these kind of attempts to get into any corp in the area and then stick with standings..
Soul Of Fountain seems to be the most noticeable and they have their infamous 8 raven gank squad that comes out to help them too. I think otu of the 3 engagements I recall of theirs we've suffered maybe 1 or 2 losses against them and totalled that fleet a few times.

As far as war deccing empire farmers go, I think they should introduce a new corp system. And basically move active players (100 hrs+ of activity) in a newbie corp into another NPC corp that CAN be wardecced.
People's alts can usually find somewhere to go, but for the most part it's just keeping farmer's at bay. And that kind of change (there will definately be some tweaks and thoughts about it) would definately help lower the farmer population, or at least anger them enough that they may leave the game permanently.

We are not opposed to a real business proposal. If you know who they are, who they are with and where they run, then contact myself or BC Hastings. They war dec will be paid but you and war decs are not cheap these days.
We will consider the merit of the action and let you know.

Watch our war targets.
We know how to pick em. :)
Currently it's some small alliance that has nothing but mission running farmers and 'every farmer' has a CNR with *full* faction fit.
And they are 6-10 months old....
I figured this was up the privateer's ally since they like wars and they might help UCAM out on some farmer cleansing.

List PC corp isk farmers (in empire) please?
All I've ever seen are NPC corpers that mine, or haul, or drop loot so horrificly bad that it wasnt worth the ammo, let alone the probes.
