The price drop is invention-driven, as is evidenced by the fact that cloak prices have leveled off just exactly at the point where cloak invention profitability is becoming marginal. But, as someone who invents cloaks, I'd also give my right arm for this BPO. Between improved cloak output and the copy time on the proto cloak bpo working against inventors, this is probably the T2 item with the most sustainable markup in the game. Way out of my price range, though. Good luck with the auction.
