Ho hum, Made the mistake of selecting ALL and ALL in escrow window. Window wouldn't refresh so escaped loading process and tried again. Now it throws an exception and l can't access it at all. Patch review is for chaos right? So l posted it here, maybe someone will avoid completely losing their mission/escrow function.
Tries to do a bug report except the bug report window wont accept pasted content...hmm clever. Here is the exception and why i didnt painstakingly type it in by by hand:

The bugReporting page here supports copy-pasting wonderfully
I'm sure that an actual .lbw file will be of more help, though (you create them using LogServer).

Just wait till you actually get something returned that didn't sell in a region you're no longer operating in, it's in a box, impossible to see what it is or to return it to escrow.
I wouldn't mind paying a fee to find out and if not put it up again trashing it knowing it wasn't worth my 20 jumps but a frigging box.

delete your cache, should clear the matter up

I just clicked the "Show All" escrow option. Then I went and took a shower.. Then I made my self dinner.. Then I ate dinner and relaxed a bit. And now it's still trying fetch my escrow.
I don't think it's possible to display all escrow at the moment.

Same thing here trying to select all. Is there any way of editing a file to change the filter back to region?

You know what I love about the bug report page? The feedback we get. Oh wait, I'm thinking of something else.
Seriously, how many times do hundreds of players post a bug to the bug report page, only to hear the devs say they" never heard about that!" during a CSM. It would be nice to know if these bug reports actually did any good.

I tried that, it got stuck for about an hour trying to load .. but pressing ESC killed the loading process and I switched it back to Show Region.

It appears to be something in the Tash-Murkon region - escrow does not load there, but loads for 4 other regions I have visted. Guessing there is an item that the client does not like. I bug reported it for whatever that is worth.

The lack of Escrow is because people (and the game) on default have show all turned on and thus can't use Escrow anymore because it keeps crashing.

Most regions worked for me but I know it did not in New Caldari. Something about the date format of an item in the exception.
With more and more people using it as a market we at least need a search filter, perhaps defaulting to not show anything on opening. Is it true they will be changing it to an auction? That would be good - to have open and closed bidding.

Hi all,
I have the same problem in the two regions I tried in the past few days (Domain and Tash-Murkon). I deleted the files in the cache directory but not the sub directories since they looked huge. This didn't solve the problem.
I decided to uninstall Eve ... big mistake since I have to redownload the game. I hope this reinstall works (4:10AM and 59% download complete... ack).
Do I have to worry about any register items when I reinstall? I hope not... and this works.
We will see.

Renee, i don't think reŽnstalling will help much. If there really is a faulty item on the Escrow, reŽnstalling will not fix that.

But does it work? I still can't get the Escrow to show all (and that option is selected ), it doesn't show the error but it just keeps looping in the 'Fetching your Escrow' message.

Clearing cache resets the mission console so it will open.
The closest thing I have found to a work-around is to set escrow to show the current region and check each region (similar to the way the market works).

My reinstall took forever but it worked. Also, I had the same problem later and the cache clearing method worked.
