Ok, I must apologize guys, I read the details from the LP store saying "Caldari Navy Hookbill Blueprint" and I did not see any "copy" on its description, but yes, it is not a BPO but a BPC with 30 runs. Apologies!.

Look again. It is a 1 run BPC....
"Production Limit: 30", that IS displayed in the blueprint's attributes.

What you have is a 1 Run BPC
What you are looking at is the maximum runsa that BPC can be made and CCP are only releasing 1 run faction ship BPC's
