Not as easy as You think. Same if I will make alliance and public declare that this alliance is only for white and will threaten all other which have different skin color. Both religious and racial discrimination or public call to discriminate have criminal consequences in much countries, also Iceland.
Oh no, I might be arrested in Iceland for throwing racial slurs around in an internet spaceship game! Thankfully I'm in the US, which doesn't extradite for that crap.
