Do you guys ever get attacked by people trying to ransom the poses? Got any safety measures for that? (when they destroy the pos, they get the BPO's right?)

No towers have ever been attacked in the many months we have been operating. As for the BPOs, we use the safety method, by using remote research from a nearby NPC station, (you would have known this if you read the opening post  ) so the BPOs are never vulnerable.
Basically, there is absolutely no reason to attack our towers, specially considering dreadnoughts can't even be used in high-sec. As for the ransom, I would not pay it in any circumstance, I'd rather see the attackers come up with enough suicide battleship pilots willing to shoot at a fully armed POS for countless hours for no profit whatsoever. (and unless they could find enough pilots that somehow find shooting POS's fun, I highly doubt that would ever happen)

That's not how it works. When researching, the bpo's are temporarily at the pos. If you don't want them to take them you have to stop the jobs. But thanks for the answer anyways.

Incorrect. If the lab is unanchored/destroyed, the job simply fails, and the BPO is returned to its original location.
EDIT: IF the original location was the mobile lab, then you'd get a chance to loot the BPOs, but since it's the station, they just return to the corp hangar.

Copying is something that is also offered through the alliance, but due to the bugs in renting out Copy slots, it's a bit more complicated to do. If you'd like more information on this, I believe there is a link to our copying services listed in the first or second post of this thread.
If interested in copying, you can contact any of the Starbase managers listed in the original post as well (I personally have several free copy slots available for work if needed).
