Having scrapped some more shares together I have more than the 5% required to run. If dividends are due pay these on time within the first three days of the start of the month; òPublish monthly portfolios (on these forums and EMFI blog if I can get password/start a new one), displaying holdings, average value and NAV per share; òDrive the fund for maximum shareholder value, and actively trade and engage with the stocks held; òKeep the current Trustees on board to retain investor confidence (Femintaki and ZZazztÆs alts); òEngage with investors with regards to future activity on the basis of at least two months full reporting.
