I don't know. The ship needs its bonuses changed more than anything. While a dual rep Hyp can be a beast, its emphasis on blasters too often means its armor repairing bonus goes unused.
I'll add my vote to the Auguror as well.
I've seen one Exequror Navy Issue ever. I do like the Exequror; it was easy to make a cheapo logistics ship. |

I've seen a few Rokhs, several of them smarbomb fit. I know people who kill Dramiels in bait Celestises. I saw this fight decided by an Exequror. There are people who kill can flippers in Scythes -- it's considered de rigeur to leave the mining laser running. Can't remember seeing an Auguror. |

As for non-faction, the Bellicose isn't much used, and for good reason. You can probably make a frig baiting ship out of it, but it's TP bonus is poor and it struggles with fitting. |

Yeah I wish they'd change the T1 cruisers, they're pretty pointless aside from a ship a newbie will spend about 2 hours in before he realises it's awful. Most of them are hella ugly too, apart from the Exequror which is oddly endearing.

Exquerors can make good mining-bait to catch overconfident can-flippers (just ask me how I know ), Scythes get an at least theoretically-useful mining-bonus, and the Belli can swat frigates out of the sky quite nicely if fit with dual 180s, AMLs, and a target-painter + web.
But the Auguror...Why does this ship even still exist? It's a complete waste of database space at this point

Whoever says no one uses Typhoons is an absolute idiot. Last year BANE would run a 10-12 man armour BS gang round brosec, and the backbone was 4 typhoons, 4 Abbadons. I saw them take out a shield fleet of Blue Moon Alliance outnumbered 2:1...we then cleaned up the stragglers :D
In the last year I have seen 2 Augoros in a wormhole fleet. They were some French Canadian nublets, though, and I don't have KM's to prove it because who the hell would primary an Augoror over a Drake?
I've used Scythes, mostly to lol onto POS kills for propaganda and tears-extraction purposes.
Celestis, I think, should be used much more than it currently is in FW fleets. SeBo and 2 damps and you'll beat the lock of larger enemies and can damp them down or, my fave, res damp them. Work in tandem with a BB, its golden.
In the past year I have killed a guy in a wormhole in a Breacher. it was an achievement I treasure, as I never thought I'd actually kill one. I am still waiting to bag a Navitas, though.

I succesfully can baited a shield Exequoror in my Dramiel, almost killed it but then it warped off because I forgot to turn on my scrambler in all the excitement... That thing was uber weak.

That would be me who said Typhoons are probably the least used.
They're good ships, don't get me wrong, they're very effective when used right, but I think the split weapon system puts people off, whereas Tempest and Mael are both "pure" on their weapons.
That, and I've not seen a rusty dustbin in space in aaagggeeess. I've seen more Rokhs pre-hybrid buff than Typhoons, which is saying something.
Also, I like the fact you said "last year" and stated one event, implying you don't use them often either :P |

I have one in a hanger fit for just that. A one time use battery recharger where a more expensive ship might live while I die kind of thing............ Ive never used it but cant bring myself to get rid of it...lol.
Exequoror I used to use them for salvage duty as a cheap alternative to the salvagercane since it had pretty good space.... Noctis promptly killed it. |

A 3rd tier BS for Gallente is really unneeded; Gallente are either drone boat (Domi) or OMFG blaster DPS boats (Megathron). Why not just take away the domi's gun damage bonus for an armor repair bonus like the myrm and just not have a 3rd tier BS for Gallente? |
