Which ship would win a 1 v 1 out of the nighthawk and a astarte?
Im looking at getting a command ship but am no sure which one to get. Any advise would be great.

impossible to answer, depends on setup and pilot ability.
their both good.
if you have better skills in guns then astarte, if missiles nighthawk.

I'd give the edge to the astarte, and an eos would definitely tear the nighthawk a new spacehole. Go with the gallente command ships. |

Caldari ones do have a good tank... a tanked nighthawk would easily hold an astarte.

I would guess. neither. If the nighthawk has a web, scram and mwd then he can keep the astarte there but he would be an egit and his tank would probably fail to the astarte. If the nighthawk is properly tanked then he would be able to tank the astarte forever but not stop it leaving.
Probably a stalemate but depends on pilot skill and fitting.

Snap, I fly both and would have to say that they would just sit there untill they ran out of ammo. The gallente command ships have good dps and an average tank, and the nighthawk has an awesome tank and crappy dps, so 1v1 would be a horribly boring thing to watch unless they both came with setups totally different from the norm.

astarte would win any day... if it cant break the tank... just warp away :P

- Nighthawk if he got 1-2 nosfs he will dry Abso and keep tanking it.
- Depends on fittigs.
- Sleipnir can dictate range and maintain speed. If he has nosfs, can shut down Abso.
