I am most upset mostly by their lack of customer service.
I recently bought 3 100 day gtc's from ccp's store. I thought it would be neat to have the physical cards to give as presents to friends who play. But what I ended up receiving was 3 50 day gtc's.
I sent mails everywhere, the store ccp even petitioned it but the only answer I received was to send a mail to the eve-online store but that never accomplished anything.
So this is a warning!!
I was scammed by them for 3 cards. stick to online sellers, do not use the eve-online store. I will be reporting them to my cc company for fraud as I warned them if I received no communication I would tomorrow if I receive no communication. It has been 3 weeks now of them ignoring my mails and complaints

Best bet is email the store if you recieved the wrong items just return them unopened to the store and i'm sure they'll resolve it but petitions won't help as its a completely different thing.

Seems like there's one of these eve store complaint threads per week.
Maybe CCP should hand off the merchandising stuff to WhiteWolf? WW is very strong in that area already.

are you sure that your even sending emails to the right address?
and ya gotta be careful making those very weak fraud claims or your CC company will write you nasty letters.

Doesn't sound like any of this would be a problem if the EVE Store ran smoothly. Seems like theres alot of messed up orders and they are really poor at answering emails. Almost like the EVE Store is just a side project, when in reality they should have their own setup maybe even ran by another company.

I ordered an Amarr Key chain... shipped to the US from Iceland in about 10 days... (less than the 2 weeks they estimated)... everything went fine.
Wait... I know why! That's the boost to Amarr everyone's been asking for! It's not in game.
All Amarr players - ordering your appropriate keychain actually works in a balanced way! Praise Thor!

I ordered the Eve "pulling kit for nerds" (bumbag, tee-shirt, back to front baseball cap, and diaper) and recieved it in record time.
Im happy to say I now have a different bird everynight.
