Some of the best mercs are pirates or former pirates. 4. How much do you actually know about mercs? You are just 1 month old ingame. 5. If a guy is soloing a hulk not aligned to a station ready to warp he deserves to lose it, he had a chance to escape, he just didn't think the guy was a threat. 6. You provoked him with your own language, why shouldn't they want to get back at you for using fiery language? If you can not defend yourself where you are, than you shouldn't be their. Their is no black and white in eve, just like RL. If the corp allows piracy they will pirate when they are board, some mercs have strict anti-piracy stuff.
