I'm quite sure that CCP doesn't want its employees to answer any hard questions or express their opinions.
If you look around the forums, pretty much only the easy and non EVE related questions are anwered unsless people start a riot.
Ask something about Iceland for example and you will get CCP answer in matter of hours.
Then ask why something in the game is broken or badly designed and you would have to be damn lucky to get anything out of them.

Working in the games industry myself, having visited the 2006 fanfest and having chatted with the CCP people there for both business and pleasure, I'd say the biggest problem in working for EVE development must be living in Iceland. Just like back home, it sure looks nice and dandy in all the brochures because the pics have been taken in summer. But the Fanfest was in November and you could really get a taste of the real Icelandic winter. Without snow, the darkness will get you if pneumonia won't.
