Yes i am looking to gank you silly but unfortunately I recently made a post asking about ganking mission runners and the game is up!
Fixed that for you.

I do not them in Motsu area. I know you are trying to gank missionrunners. But if the price is really right I might consider your offer.
Note however that being in same gang does not protect you from Concord. To get free swing on missionrunner you need him to agress you (steal your loot or get him shooting you after you steal their loot) or be in same corp as he :p

Yeah or that. But mission runner with some brains will not undock for missions unless he's the gang boss to avoid just that 'surprise'. Nor will he gang someone 'just for this one'.
Pop up dialog box warning that the one you are about to gang with is at war is there for a reason. If one misses that and falls for that one ... well he deserved it then.

If you are really serious about raising standing quickly then a more safer option for mission runner's is as follows:
1) Mission Runner accomplishes mission ALONE 2) Mission Runner docks at agent location 3) Mission Runner forms gang with you 4) You pay Mission Runner at least as much ISK as he will get for 1/2 the reward and bonus. Add to this the amount of profit the Mission Runner will ask for the "service" of giving you free standing. 5) Mission Runner completes mission and you get standing increase 6) Mission Runner leaves gang and gets new mission 7) Rinse and repeat
There ya go . . .

Indeed a nice solution without any risk to both. But it would be best for a mission runner corp to provide such service -with several misions turned in at once its not so boring to sit at station and wait 15-30 minutes each time.

Something else to consider:
You can not get faction standing increase by ganging unless you youself accept the STORYLINE mission. You only get storyline missions every 16 missions with the same faction (and same level).
There are really only three reasons you would want the standing increase service.
1) You are trying to increase standing with an R&D corporation so your inventor has access to better agents. 2) You want to by-pass the grind of lower level agents to get access to level 3s or 4s. 3) You have your eye on a shiny LP offer
If your after factional standing increase (i.e., you want to put up a POS in high-sec) but you don't want to mission grind, I would suggest a POS placement service. Look the the forums and you will find several.

Few things everybody must remember. 1. It usually doesn't pay to be too nice to people in you meet in game. 2. Taking a person from another corp or a new member from the same corp as you into your mission is generally a bad idea. 3. No matter how nice a person seems, you cannot trust that person with anything worth more than 1m isk. 4. Accept help or ask help from stranger while in a popular mission system is asking for trouble. Better just drop the mission if you cannot handle it or just watch others die. Nice person in Eve always get shot first! 5. Before you want to be a nice guy, make sure setup an private contract and sign over your ship/items to me. Because you are about to waste them anyway. At least I will say "thank you"!

another option is to if u are serious and not playing gankies is build up a reputation by being legit, get peoples names that are willing to act as referral help the locals build a rep then go on that

yep - your just asking for trouble if you do that. If someone gets in over thier head running a mission then it's a good learning experience for them. They will take a substantial standing hit from the failed mission and hopefully learn from it.
But I will say that running a Standing Increase service could be viable - especially if your already running missions for a R&D corporation. That's why I laid out a business model to keep the mission runner safe. It's still open for some scams as the person wanting the standing increase has to take a leap of faith that after giving the mission runner the ISK, he/she will include them on the "My gang and I have completed the mission".
And of course, the mission runner needs to factor in only getting 1/2 the LPs and adjust the pricing accordingly.

This is eve sir, so please take all "kind offers" with a grain of salt. Also a nice model was proposed a couple of posts above - indeed its mostly usable for making R&D alts, though it requires some more afkness - i suppose it is possible to calculate approximate number of missions to certain standing and price accordingly using your reputation as a proof that service is not a scam, or a deposit via trusted third party.
