What level missions have the chance to spawn officers/faction loot?

It depends on the mission. I've picked up Shadow Serpentis gear in Level 1 missions. I've picked up Domination gear in Level 3 missions.

Lucky you...my main has been mission running for 6 months (just about to step up to Lvl4's) and has yet to get a single peice of officer/faction loot  .

Officer loot only drops from Officers which only spawns in 0.0. Haven't heard you can get officer loot from missions.

do beltratting instead. i got the odd domination warp disruptor/webber from 0.1 systems and shadow serpentis armor hardeners from 0.4's only to name the usefull ones. takes ages in low sec though to get good stuff. might be better to go to 0.0 for the - potentially - big catch.
It's said that bob owns most of the systems that have the highest potential to spawn officers though :P

I received a Shadow Serpentis EANM the first time I ever did a Level 1 - Worlds Collide. I also received a Domination ECCM module from a Level 3 (sold it same day and cant remember the exact module).
The loot does spawn from missions but it is verrrrrrrrry rare so don't get your hopes up.

got a couple dg items from worlds collide ages ago.. when the officer/commander/whatever was pretty common.
1 round I got a DG BCU.. cant rem other time. that officer/commander/whatevers chance of appearing has been greatly reduced. think they've *nerfed* him twice. know of one for sure.

Worlds collide has the possibility of a faction drop. I recently had a 7.5mil bs in serpentis room which dropped a faction passive armor hardner.
The bonus room in angel extravaganza also has a faction drop chance, I got a cynabal bpc about 2 months ago. A corpmate has also had a faction drop from AE twice in the past 2 weeks.
