Well I was being sarcastic. In my experience ECM drones are very good. But like all ECM, sometimes they work, sometimes they dont.
The biggest problem I've faced is that theyre very easy to kill. Scooping and relaunching the drones can work around this, if they dont insta-die when someone actually does get a lock.
Does anyone know if thier 20sec jam lasts AFTER the drones are scooped? I've yet to test this.

What makes an exploit an exploit... One definition would be bypassing the intended use of a module. If you think it was intended to reset the cycle timer by scooping a ecm-drone, well go ahead and believe it. ;)

Thats if you want to get all technical about it.
If you see someone who DOSENT scoop thier ecm drones, please let me know so I can go pwn them..
Because they have such a low HP I cant imagine anyone not scooping them.
Also, have you actually tested that the timer gets reset?

LMAO this is going nowhere.
Why dont you try using ECM drones a little more before you scream nerf.
Scooping drones does not = exploit.
and btw, you are the one stating the definition of the word 'exploit'
