How can you claim not to be pirates? Do you only engage PvP fitted ships with other people who want to PvP? If the answer is no (and I know for a fact that it is) then you are a pirate. Period. Ok, this is the kind of attitude that comes when you recruit your player base from WoW / Guild Wars backgrounds of MMORPG's. You really need to understand that in Eve your choices have serious far reaching consequences.
Firstly, most people accept that entering 0.0 makes you fair game. If you're in 0.0 and you get caught in a belt, tough luck. If you're floating around and get ganked by a gate camp? should have had intel. Likewise, if you are in lowsec mission whoring and get caught, also your own fault for not having kept a close enough eye on your scanner.
You seem to have decided that you can be in an alliance, Slammers and not suffer the consequences of your alliances actions. Slammers are being specifically targeted by BWL for the reasons they have already stated. They have very clearly stated their intentions to kill you off and break you. I know for a fact that a lot of your pilots don't come anywhere near 0.0 except for to rat a bit and bail out if hostiles enter local. Your alliance have been war dec'd to cause you pain. If you don't wish to PVP at all and don't wish to be involved in politics I suggest you find a new Alliance.

No but you did object to people firing on you in empire quite merrily. Infact i even quoted it at the top of my last response. You're wittering on about the fact that people are firing on you in empire and they war dec'd you and seem to be implying that they must be pirates, from what i can tell. In case you cba to read up, you wrote:

Yes I read your post. I responded to it and expanded on it. I responded to your inability to grasp that this war dec is part of a larger picture. Perhaps if you didn't mean what you say up there to be taken as such the wording could be more precise?

Butter's covered the majority of the reasons not to hit cva first when we can pick at the edges but it missed out the reason why past history is important. I trust you're aware of Emistal's past with U'K and why Slammers with him holding heavy influence is likely to be singled out more as a target?
You can't pick and choose the bits of the picture you wish to use to make your argument. You have to look at the whole politics. Perhaps it is a better question to ask why CVA haven't wardec'd bum or u'k or bwl despite them all attacking you guys...
