It sells for 1.5 million isk when every other medium turrent skill sells for 100K isk. I travel 4 different Regions and it's the same thing.
Whats up with that??

According to devs, no, it's not a bug, NPC prices can and do vary that much. However, according to the devs, it's a bug.
Believe who you will - the devs or the devs. But it will cost you 1.5mill to buy the thing atm.

maybe there was to much demand and not enought suply so the NPC's decided to raise the price? :?

Posted a bug report on this the other week. Just seems madness that this skill costs 10 - 15 x the equivalent of the other medium turret skills.
It's only ~500k (from memory) short of the *large* projectile turret skill price 
Variable NPC prices is a great feature - not sure its working correctly here though  if that is the explanation (there may well be high demand, but there sure isnt a skill pack shortage, which would drive prices *down*, not up)

No, it is not a bug. Why is it not a bug? Because they found that everybody was using medium projectile and they just had to stop it. So they raised the price to that of the largo one (they = devs).
It seems to me it did work. Although as a Minmatar i'm not really happy with it

Those same devs have also said yes, it is a bug.
