Where do most people run Minmatar missions from? I have not noticed any system which seems to be a real mission running hub like Motsu. Lustrevik area seems popular but I don't know why really, there are not that good agents around (mostly mixed combat/courier).
Emolgranlan with a 4-18 combat agent and 0,53 sec should be a good choice IMO, but I don't see that many people there.
Personally I run missions from two systems (with an exception for the last week when I have been in Lust area becasue I want to raise standings with Brutor/Six kin for an alt) which both have 2-3 high level agents which should be a good choice as well but those systems don't have that many people either.
So where are the Minmatar mission runners? Maybe doing Caldari missions in Motsu lol.

I have transferred to a Lvl 4 Q18 Min combat agent in 0.5 Gall space, which is as good as it gets in hi-sec, As far as I can see I am alone running missions in the system.

Used to run my minnie misisons in Hedalolfarber (sp?) but if lowsec's not your thing then as mentioned Vir Honn is probably as good as your going to get.
Check out the agent finding tools in the sticky and look for reasonable agents in 0.5 space using the filters.

Gelfiven and Gulfonodi are great high sec systems to mission in. I've been missioning in those systems for a long long time.

the sviepar constellation is the most crowded mission hub in minmatar space iirc, lustrevik/isendeldik/eystur, it has agents from 1-4 even if they arent the highest quality, with an avg of around 100 people per system
also rens is just a hop skip and a jump away for all your T2 needs
