Report contained lots of classified information, including some stuff regarding industry in DUST. One of the secret parts contained information that Thulium would be the main component in blueprints instead of Tritanium. Could this be related to recent price increase of Thulium?

Price spiked by something like 30-35% with couple of large volume spikes (usually indicating someone has been cleaning up sell orders in order to push the price) on otherwise almost nonexisting volume. Seems like a great opportunity. Invest today! ISK losses guaranteed.

What makes it a gamble is both the timing of the thing (could happen next week, could happen a year from now) and whether thulium goes up (rather than down more) as a result.
