Not online right now and its not in the item database. Does anyone know? Would it be worth testing out a speed tanked mwd reaper with maybe a webber on it?

How do you speed tank a ship with one med  .
An overdrive in the low won't do much for your survivability. Ditch the web and fit an AB but even then you'll die fast.

Hehe.. don't think the Minmatarr noob ship actualy has any resemblance of a tank, or any of the races noob ships 
If i remember correctly, you can barely fit an AB along with weapons.

dang, I thought it had two, its been a while since I blew up apparently. I guess maybe I should simplify.
Is it possible to add a MWD to it and something else maybe NOS LOL! Put something in the lows like cap recharger or RCU.
oooh wait, a shield transfer array. You could have a ton of the freebie frigs supporting larger ships.

45 meters which means it's the second largest minmatar frigate. The only one that is larger is the cheetah their covert ops at 46 meters

That sucks. I remember the description saying that it was closer to a manned fighter than a frigate. I was thinking it would have a super low sig radius.

if you want low sig, grab a claw... at inty 5 that's a 22.5m sig radius... with an AB2 and some overdrives it'll go like stink (over 3km/s with polys) and die to every other frig
oh and don't underestimate noobships, the velator can dish out 120DPS :)

Thanks, ultimately, I will pick a t1 frig to fly into fleet battle soon. I guess I shouldnt doubt my rifter.
Perhaps a probe with a nos drones! LOL!
