First of all, you have no mass-reduction, which is not good. The best combination would be to have 2x T2 overdrive injectors and 2x Polycarbon Engine Housing rigs, but those are expensive as hell. In any case, I'd probably switch out at least 1 overdrive for a Nanofiber II, if you don't go for polycarbon rigs.
Secondly, you lack cap recharge. It is not possible to run a T2 Warp disruptor and a T2 MWD with that kind of recharge. What you need is a named MWD (or faction), a named warp disruptor (Fleeting Warp Scrambler) and another cap mod in the lows.
On the PG issue, I agree with other posters, drop the MAPC, you should be able to still fit 3 T2 Standards plus a named MWD if you have AWU 3. That'll make space for a T2 CPR in the lows, which should help save the cap recharge.
Do this and you will probably be able to sustain MWD + Warp Disruptor. Which is essential when soloing bigger ships like cruisers.
About the Crow: It is a decent tackler for fleets/gangs. It is good at soloing slow ships like cruisers, AFs, frigates, etc. Against another interceptor, it might die though. Unless you are REALLY careful (this will probably take you dying a few times to get experience) somebody will eventually kill you, be it a Beamsader, a plated Claw, a Flycatcher, or something else.
But generally, avoid this: When fighting close range inties, stay the hell out of web range. Change your orbit distance to something really big and whenever he tries to make a run at you, just fly in a straight line away from him. Generally, stay as far away as possible. Maybe in the next system or station.
When fighting Beamsaders, dock up. A Beamsader will kill a Crow in almost all cases, the sole exception being a Crow that can go 10 km/s or faster. Of course, if he's fitted with pulses feel free to stick around and kill him. Especially if he's named Sylek.
If you're flying against sniper ships, please, please don't fly away in a straight line. You'll be dead in one volley.
Anyway, those are the most common dangers. I've lost countless Crows to Claws or Taranises with plates/webs. I have now learned to stay the hell out of range, or rather, stay the hell out of a Crow if at all possible.
