A moderator would be unable to answer this question for you. Only GM's deal with in game bannings so a petition would be the only way to find this answer.

This was an actual corp theft, no hacking of accounts or similar occured, this was investigated by our GMs.

So will the guy get his account back?
The account was banned during the investigation, since the investigation is over the character is unbanned.
Also, this is about a corp/alliance related issue, as such it should be discussed in the CAOD forum, so I'm locking this, but feel free to discuss it there.

Due to the size of the heist, the GM team took a look into it to see if there were any violations of the EULA. No misconduct was found and any actions taken against the player by CCP were reversed.
