It is quiet the same to me. And many other people feel same way.
I want these people gone or at least get a fair chance of forcing them to leave. I need local nerf to do that.

What a horribly misguided view.

- Local nerf doesn't take something out of the game, it ADDS something to the game. It adds the need for active scouting. It adds to the pvp combat tactics wich people can use. It adds to team work by rewarding those who share gathered intelligence.

- It does need fixing. The current state of local chat wasn't intended by game design. It is essentially a bug that has been turned by CCP into a game feature simply for sake of convenience. But it is still a bug, and one day it should be fixed to get EVE more inline with its main ideals - harsh world where people need to use their brains to get ahead, where 0.0 is dangerous for those who want to solo farm isk in the belts, and where people have to work together to get the best scouting info.
Local chat scout info is for lazy people. Lazy people should stay in empire.
