Actually i used to do something against them. While im AFK, working, or else, i used to sit cloaked in my recon ship, waiting for the farmer getting back to business. As he/she attempts continue farming, death approaches possibly, so it does not happen. Since farmers interest is farming and while im there, it wont happen, farmer has no other option than going away, where i dont care.
What i can do is chasing them out, make their activity harder. But i still dont think anything should be changed in game mechanics just because of this. If you want get rid of them, act like this imho. This is my best idea.
I do the same. and it work fine

Actually I use a Drake to rat in 0.0 with a cloak. Nerf local by all means.. I will just go back to running level 4's again and clog up empire, doesn't really bother me. At least a Triumviriate guy managed to almost get me despite my cloak.

Seeing as they are nearly always aligned at warp speed to there safe spot and insta cloak, he has gounds to be frustrated because unless blind luck is involved, ie stuk on a roid, scrambled by npc etc, yuo are not going to ever carch them.

right and we know all the risk you are shouldering when you and your gang farm people in pve ships LOL. quit whnining because you cannot gank pve ships all day long specially those logged out ones. Next you will be asking for a mod to force people to undock......If you want pvp go find some real pvp, if some guy is ratting in your favorite hole well just go there he will cloak and leave. If you are just a tard who think he is doing eve a service by hunting people farming ISK by ratting in 0.0......well your not so get over it and move on.

Personally, I want them to make cloaked ships probeable. A lot of people think this will be the end of the world. I don't agree. A cloak would still be viable, you just can't be AFK with it. You have to be constantly moving and paying attention, which I think is perfectly reasonable.

How is this a problem? If these people are that prepared to GTFO of dodge, than they should be getting away from him. Their effort > his. I'd be ****ed off if it was any other way.

Funny, I seem to be running around with my gangmates through hostile pipes. Quite a bit of risk when there's a good chance we'll end up on the wrong end of a hostile gatecamp every other system. Hostiles to the left, hostiles to the right, BoB just over thatway and yeah...
