Would I be right in saying that the speed tanker with the highest damage would be a nano ishtar?
If yes then what would be second and third?

The highest damage speed tanker is obviously the nano-moros.
You can get a nice turn of speed out of that one.

Can you please try and be helpfull. Yes haha nano moros, thats a good one, but even a large turret could prob hit that one for great damage whilst its in orbit.
Is the nanophoon still viable if you have snakes and a good MWD?

mach, raven, phoon, domi, ishtar, curse
notice a pattern?
vaga/sleip are also good in nano fitting (as are huginn/rapier for dirrerent reasons)

Wouldn't a phoon and raven do more damage than mach whilst whizzing around at high speeds?
