i currently have -2,98 to caldari state.
I have a frend that can do caldari lvl 4 missions.
If we run 16 lvl 4 missions will i get a storyline offer ?
iv been told i don't get the faction gain if its his storyline correct ?

if it's not your mission, you don't get the standings bonus from the mission agent. the only standings that will change would be from whatever you kill in the mission area.
after 16 missions, he'll be the one that gets the offer since he's the one that took all 16 missions.
either train up your diplomacy skills, or kill faction enemies until your standings go back up.

You dont get factionstanding for the storyline missions he is doing.
It only works on regular missions.
You need to train diplomacy up to get the factionstanding to -2 or better.

why do people keep saying that?! i spent 1 hour shooting up the amarr navy and i got 0 standing gain towards minmatar!! Z e R O... aka nada! not even any tags

well, i'm glad to be mistaken. i was always under the impression that gang sharing only imparted isk, not standings. that's good to know (for non-storyline missions).
also, as for killing faction, they don't update until downtime usually. and tbh, it will damage your amarr faction much faster than it will raise minmatar. it's a slow process

Do missions for Amarr until you're above -2 with the missile spewers.
