For another fact why we fought last is that we had deployed 3 outposts ourselves in Impass and so we never wanted to surrender. It was Steel Rat that solely pulled the plug out cuz it was a lost battle.
This is precious. You had horribly-configured and -managed towers, often only one or two of which were even online. You deployed an outpost that nobody wanted (Caldari) in a system nobody wanted (9ZF). You stopped a DDC effort that would have produced the first mothership in the game because you said you'd do it, instead, and then accomplished nothing in 8 months. You took over entire systems from our PvPers who were ratting for PvP ships with your 20-Hulk gangs and then docked up and logged at the first sign of trouble.
You had a dozen good PvPers in your entire corp. In a four-month war, you undocked--in a Raven--four times for PvP. You contributed two capital pilots at a time when you were about the same size as DDC and DDC had over a dozen and regularly fielded a half-dozen. But you had plenty of carriers who were all-too-happy to ferry high-end minerals to Empire for 30m per trip. Gee, thanks!
Then, for bonus points, you came back through our ranks and stole people for your new alliance. The only comforting aspect to that is the fact that you recruited Bivas, who, while being amongst the worst PvPers in DDC, was miles above the EoG standard (again, not including the dozen decent PvPers you've always had), and who then proceeded to FC so incompetently that he oversaw the first ever loss of a mothership.
Leonthoric, solo in a Crow, caused your entire alliance to dock up. He had to bring a friend in a Badger mk II with a cloak just to carry all the loot. You once deployed dreadnoughts in siege mode without sensor boosters on the gate to defend against an AXE gang whose largest ship was a Rokh.
You are an incompetent force who directly contributed to our loss of Impass more than any other corp in the alliance at the time. You built a shining jewel of a region, filled with outposts, out of one of the worst 0.0 regions in the game, and never developed the PvP capabilities to defend it. You were a joke, emblematic of an entire class of player and corporation we have had to purge from Axiom to become a PvP alliance in fact, rather than solely in name.
Oh, and then, several months after we left, you bought up all the minerals in Impass so you could build a mommy for -A-. That was cute.
You made around 10 billion a month off of your Hulk BPO (a little less on those occasions when you'd deign to sell one to a DDC member for 50m under Jita price, gee thanks). One day I'll figure out why you spent eight months worth of Hulk profits on outposts without a capital force to back them up instead of the motherships you refused to allow DDC to build because "you had it covered".
It's too bad you don't hold space any more, or I'd run up there with nothing but my alts and demonstrate, once and for all, just how worthless you are at holding space. But, hey, I guess that means you demonstrated it for me, didn't you!
