'General Purpouse' fitting:
Note: High-end officer mods of this caliber are hard to obtain. This is really an 'ideal world' fit, and in reality you would probably have to settle for some lesser mods, especialy in the case of Cap Rechargers.

Cap boosters also apply equally at all cap levels, while peak recharge is only at 30%, making cap boosters extremely effective for boosting above 70-75% cap to jump.
When comparing equivalent levels of Boosters and Rechargers, max recharge is slightly better with Rechargers. (I'm talking 5 cap/s here)
w/ Max skills 2x T2 CCC 1x T1
2x Dracaliras Modified Cap Recharger = +290 cap/s at peak.
2x Dracaliras Modified Cap Booster = +257.9 cap/s at peak.
---
2x Vizans Modified Cap Recharger = +256.9 cap/s at peak.
2x Vizans Modified Cap Booster = +251.4 cap/s at peak.
The benefit of the Boosters being constant recharge rate, benefit of the Rechargers being recharge without reloading or lag. -----

Cause without u have no chance in hell to even kill any dictors...
its not always ure support is capartable killing em....and without desync...and with a proper officer web..and some unlucky/unexerpinced dictor pilots withwout cap injector setup...they are quite easy to kill

Aye seriously....no frig or dictor can possibly outrun warrior II's!!!

Eh I dont waste time flying 'dicters but a 6km/s almost-cruiser? Not to mention it going considerable slower while turning... It wouldn't last 10 seconds. -----
