i agree...
"our logs show nothing, closing petition" is nothing more than a copout... i've gotten this reply countless times as well, not just for reimbursements. i'm going to start asking to see these logs when i petition. y'know, we could all whine to IA, but i've gotten canned replies from them too. --- cheers, gordo |

With members showing this kind of respect for people trying to help the Eve universe - I wonder why the GMs start using cookie cutter responses. As other players have mentioned - the number of people who petion everything they lose on the hope of re-imbursement makes the petition queues long - especially when patch day fracks us all over. instead of writing the petition with a "/me spits dummy 'WTF GIMME MY SHIP BACK'" why not go get a drink - if it was a good ship make it a stiff drink and write your petition with as much information as you can. The break in time is what will make the difference in the tone of your petition and should make it easy to tell a serious request apart from a foot stamping childing F'ing tantrum.

We could argue chicken and the egg all day but the simple fact is we pay, they are paid. It's part of business, it sucks but no decent company allows its workers to treat the customers like some customers treat the workers. Whatever reason CCP may give the system sucks and something should be done.
