Edited by: Rooker on 27/07/2007 01:37:55 I want to play around with this ship a little for solo pvp. Is this fit win or fail?
If I'm comfortable with it, I'll probably swap the MWD for a Gistii
/edit: And what's the range on an overloaded T1 web? I want to stay out of that range if possible
125mm Railgun II x 3 (Navy Thorium S) [empty high slot]
1MN MicroWarpdrive II Warp Disruptor II Domination Stasis Webifier
Small Armor Repairer II Overdrive Injector System II x 2
Ancillary Current Router I Auxiliary Thrusters I
Warrior II x 2

Don't need to go so fast that you're out of lock range before you can blink.
Highly flexible setup:
x3 125mm II Offline Remote rep
MWD II 20k web
OD II DCU II MFS II
x2 Warrior II
DCU lets you survive glancing shots, OD for that extra boost, MFS for a decent 130ish DPS.
Use faction antimatter, uranium, and iridium where applicable. Lock range kills me though.

Damn... Had it in my head for some reason that Domi webs were a lot cheaper than that. Just had a look ingame and that's definitely out of the question.
I can do the magstab, but I wanted a rep because I'll probably be too far from a friendly station to fix any armor damage.
Oh.. and new question... What sort of fight should I avoid? I know better than to tangle with a drone boat, a vaga, minmatar recon, Curse or another ceptor. Anything else I should stay away from?

Good luck running those setups and maintaining cap.
More like: 3x 125s (thorium) t2 mwd, fleeting scram, CR II 2x CPR II, DC II

Good luck keeping things from running/keeping range, killing anything, and avoiding getting wrecked by other interceptors with that setup.
You want to purely tackle, fly an Ares. It's faster.

skipp the repper. add a istab or you won't keep orbit.
skip the webber and add a small cap injector. that way you can atleast use it to pin down targets that your buddies can kill.
your guns won't be able to hit even a stationary cruiser btw. Only thing they work on is other ceptors or maybe a vagabond.
the ranis was a huge dissapointment for me. I expected it would atleast hit ****. but you end up with a radial velocity of 0.5-0.6 and your tracking will be 0.2-0.3. iDrone |

same as me, but i have an onlined salvenger instead of the offlined repper and a CPR instead of the MFS
and as said, use all ammo, i only have iridium antimatter and iron in my cargobay tho.
EDIT i have a tracking disruptor instead of the web as well ~~~~~~
