.... INZI's iz in uR alliance stealing yur BPO'S and corp walletz. In MOAR top sekret news i gained from my high level position in tri i can reveal Tri will go where the pew-pew is good, and kill who its fun to killz. POS are boring to kill, but killing capital ships is fun and we've found that killing one leads to the other

Tri's business is Tri's. Most of us can only guess regarding their plans....and at the end of the day it really doesn't matter.
Personally I am having the most fun in Eve since I started playing. Ever time I log on there is some kind of action, something to shoot, something to defend... its all good. The fights have been exciting, I have learned a few things, what more can an Eve pilot ask for.
Everyone loves to win a fight, but even the fights that are lost are fun and an opportunity to get better for the next one.

Well to be honest if Tri doesn't remove sparta other northern powers will, same is true for ESA. There is just too much bad blood and too much of descrepancy in power for things to go otherwise.

Does Tri really have any plans to do something with the space when they're finished their little crusade? Cause leaving a power/space vacuum in the North seems like a bad thing for everyone. I mean even with Tri's better PVP force, holding the amount of space Sparta currently occupies would seem quite a task (whether that's apparent or not). I recall when Tri started attacking us after we just got the stations from D2 (small little gank squad) calling us BOB pets, which was ******** seeing as BOB has always been set red/neutral (same difference - NBSI). The area in branch that sparta holds has never been defendable just from a logistics point of view, I'd have personally preffered it if another alliance with good pvp had held it, rather then it being invaded by isk farmers and carebears. Only reason I liked getting the stations in branch was all the cheap named pew pew stuff D2 left behind while their pos's went offline because they weren't being refueled (a little to busy hauling their "ass-ets" out of the area). If you don't like Sparta and you're hell bent on taking out the alliance, great... But I hope this is actually thought out and not just for poo poo and giggles.

As soon as D2 fell i new spartan future would be full of war. A war that would eather make or break us. People love to hate sparta it`s position in the north makes her a perfect tagret. If we were to live in coud ring i don`t think many ppl would even care What we did. As a BKB pilot in sparta i think i talk for most of the people that don`t usualy wine and brag on these forums. Most of us don`t care for chest beeting and forum crying. If you hate us so much and whant to get rid of us that badly just do so. We will fight you al the way to the end. If you succed we will just move on with a memory of an awsome war against an enemy that i thought was cool but now looks more like iron did a few months ago. Stop with the crying and the i am to sexy for my clothes crap. People love to hate us that is a fact but that don`t mean we will role over and die.
To paddle i say, ppl know al that already they don`t care. Razor don`t want to risk a fight against tri and the new northern residents so they want to stay close to tri. You what just want to keep there space so they will just join anyone thats winning. And tri has always just been about pew pew and there evole towards a normal space grabing alliance have made the rest of the north scared. This has nothing to do with trators and turn coats this is only a game of risk.
This risk game has only just begun!

/me Yawns.....Yet another chestbeating thread.
Gets more and more boring each time same people I am better then you and etc etc.
I for one am having a great time enjoying some pew pew. No complaints at all. If I could fly T2 sure I would fly it. So Tri deal with my junk hehe. We appreciate your fights and keep it coming. All I have to say this if it wasn't for the crappy lag when the big battle was about to begin in UEJ I am sure we all would have had a great time for some serious pew pew. Who Cares really if some were flying T1 or T2. The main thing is we were there and showed up to shoot. All that is in the past now. Lets look forward and hope that CCP fixes a few things. So we can enjoy more and more fights to come. Whether it be for space or for some cowboy shoot down so be it. My Answer for this is Whats in Store for Dek? Lots and Lots of Ammo flying everywhere :D Even if it's in Storm, Sparta or TRI Space it will be somewhere.

That's great for them and pew pew, too bad it just helps BOB keep the North out of the picture while they're busy doing their own thing. Instead of letting the North build up its forces...

Who is this North you speak of that could build up to attack BoB?
Certainly not Sparta, and all(most) your allies are blue to BoB. Certainly not Rzr/MM etc, because they're busy shooting you lot.
.
I personnally don't blame Sparta for refusing to be D2's meat shield. D2 didn't life a finger to help any of their allies. They had more Motherships and other assets than MC + Co but they never deployed them. Its also true about D2 pulling out long before their space should really have been at risk. Jump bridging titans were coming through Venal almost every day, we managed to kill 3 freighters at one point but it pales into insignificance compared to how much they were moving out.
.
Chest beating and vague history asside. Deklein's future? Well we'll see. Tonight was the first night in quite a while where nothing really happened. I think everyones taking a short breather to decide what they want to do next.
Branch seems to have kicked off though. Big fight. Nothing to do with us...

If you can keep a secret, thanks to my elite squirrel recon squad, I have acquired Tri's plans for Dek.
Eastern Dek:
Tri intends to convert the space in to a pseudo-themepark called Carebearland(CBL for short). For 10mil/day, Tri will let pod pilots in to CBL experience the many joys of the park.
Among the scheduled attractions is a ride called Mining Simulator 3000, where you can experience mining Crokite, Bistot, and Veldspar. Next door will be the Construction Simulator 4000 ride, where pilots can take turns playing with construction and hauling equipment to build things such as carriers and titans. Finally, there will be a shooting gallery(Shooting Simulator 5000) where pilots will get a chance to test their skills against scary automated pirates. For added effect and a harder challenge, the pirates will get to shoot back.
Due to security concerns, pilots will not be able to bring anything in to the park. Instead there will be gift stores in JU, VFK, and YA0 where pilots can purchase any food, drink, or supplies they need to enjoy the park. Also in the park, the legendary star Thon and his group of friends will be dressed up in colorful outfits and will wander around the park greeting visitors, and the DED organization will be on hand to help pilots put together momentos of meeting Thon.
Finally, at closing time(22:00) there's some kind of fireworks show. My notes are incomplete here, but it makes mention of the fireworks being "interactive." I'm guessing this means pilots will help light off said fireworks.
The balance sheet looks like Tri expects to bring in a lot of money from this project, with very low overhead and startup costs. Any investment opportunities look to be private.
Northern Dek:
The plans here simply mention copying the plan for Eastern Dek. This park will be called Euro Carebearland and the only significant changes are that Tri will be collecting a tax, and that everything will be spelled with a U.

I'm very curious to see the long term result of TRI's offensive. They've attacked all the enemies of their enemies for a little pvp. I can definitely agree with the power vacuum comment. I don't see how this benefits them when the Razor blob reaches the NW. Either they know something we don't and have become buddies with their long time enemies or they are more concerned with living in the moment. I guess the worst case scenario puts them out of their outposts from the blob and back in their npc stations, with plenty more pvp which they desire anyway. Whatever the case they sure have deep pockets, maybe their secretly Red Alliance pets! Now there's some food for thought.

You know that seems to be a big misunderstanding usually from alot of alliances. You assume that someone always has the "end-goal" of living in as much space as possible with no enemies left to fight, surrounded by friends, mining, building supercaps, growing rich etc.
That this is the most boring thing that can happen to you, and we dont like boring things in too high a dose, is obvious imho.
As you said, worst case = more pew pew :)

You say that like it's a one off occurance. It happens with every corp and every alliance in every thread.
It's either followed with comments such as you have written or "I used to respect you guys but..."
As for is Tri secretly planning with Razor. This is exactly the same conspiracy (tinfoil) crap that Tri had to take off them lot when everybody said Tri were alliagned with BoB which was a big pile of ****.
Tri live for the moment. They had goals of eventually nabbing a bit of space. They didn't rush doing it, they didn't need to. A year in existance and they got themselves a bit of space. Will they go for more, I don't think that is the issue, the issue is who is going to fulfill Tri's wish and come bring the fight to them now?

Who?
Anyway, touchvil, yeah, it happens with most alliances in these threads, it just seems to me more marked with Tri, since most hold themselves to a very high standard, and then you have the people with no grasp on reality, in the minority, with absolutely nothing apparently in between, which is unusual, since most alliances usually have some degree of grading between the two extremes. In any case, it doesn't matter so much, Tri provide interesting fights, which are mostly smack-free, which is what EVE is all about for me.
