They sure as **** do! I know a guy who has a T2 cap recharger and he just rolls in the ISK non-stop with money to burn on anything he wants. All for practically no effort at all. So yes, they are in fact ISK printing machines. If they were not then there would be no opposition to have them all removed. But there is fierce opposition and thread derailing the moment any thread mentions to have them removed from the game.

He adds a few imaginary zeros onto the 600ish mil monthly profit. His friends believe and then proceed to be jelly without bothering to inform themselves of facts. |

You guys don't get it do you?
People (the "vicitm") and most of us, just don't give a **** anymore.
On the bright side, if you have a nostalgia for EVE 2006, the new and improved EVE is right up your alley. Still, on the loss of T2 BPO, it's rather Concord justice. The problem is gone but only after the damage is done. |

ok so lets see: with a 15/10 researched Cap Recharger II BPO you can build 45 Mods a day at a POS (buildtime 23h 33m) calcualting current jita sell orders for materials and assuming he would build every component himself (which would be stupid but i used it to get the max possible profit number on this one industry slot) profit for one day: ~18,5 million ISK IF he keeps the BPO running 24/7 and assuming a 30day month that would be exactly 1375 Mods * 410354,31 ISK profit per mod = 564.237.176,25 ISK/month

WHOHO we got a badass here
******* 564 million isk a month ..... does the wallet even schow numbers that low? would you now proceed to show me what he burns money on? or do you actually think that is a big number? if yes i pity you fool |

I too like items that are acquired solely on the principle of what year you were playing the game. Not even how long you were playing it mind you, but only if you were playing during a very specific window of EVE's existence. Makes complete sense! What makes it even better is that everyone needs them... yes... I too think they are awesome Tippia you have done it again! Invention was the best implementation of the removal of TII BPOs.
While the BPOs aren't actually removed they don't make more money from them than someone doing the same via invention. Anyone that can't understand this after looking at the figures is a complete moron.
Having said that; the loss is significant because they are a finite resource. (a¦á_a¦â) ~ http://getoutnastyface.blogspot.com/ ~ (a¦á_a¦â) -áGÖÑ New Years Resolution ~ Cease thy Smacktalk GÖÑ |

The original killmail says:
- Anathema Blueprint (Copy) (In Container)
- Gyrostabilizer II Blueprint (Copy) (In Container)
Not sure what is accurate at the moment. But you can get to it by clicking the icon under the "Victim" section. |

Assuming the PL killboard is not displaying a completely fictitious mail, you can all see the word (copy) after blueprint copies, to differentiate between them and originals. If it doesn't have the word (copy) after it, it's a BPO.
But then again, most of you are busy arguing about completely irrelevant crap that's tangentially related to this at best, so vOv http://goo.gl/uX5vk |

And the PL killboard shows, on the item list, as BPO. But, if you open the raw text kill mail it has (Copy) at the back. Which one of the two is it?

We don't bother fudging things, our Killboard does everything automatically, like the other day when a member posting a nyx kill at the same time as the API pulled it resulted in it displaying an extra dead super, within about 30 minutes the killboard sorted itself out.
There are very few things that can get you infracted in PL, and dicking with the killboard is one of them.
All of the other BPO's that list as BPO's that dropped, are in fact BPO's, so I have no reason to believe that the others aren't.
Also to the guy that calls dropping 5 supers on a faction BS a failure, if you paid a ****** sum of money for a ship, would you let it sit in a tower and collect dust or use it every chance you could? I think the answer is obvious, so we afford our members the chance to use them as often as possible.
