So after how many years all of a sudden it's overpowered? (like most nerfs)
Nerfing seem like the lazy mans way to appease whiners who clog CCP's inbox re: getting pwnd. If it was me, and I was hired to appease them, I'd give them counter mods and more carrot-on-a-stick counter skills to keep them busy and call it good. But I don't appease whiners, so just ignore them and maybe they'll go away.
